MERRY CHRISTMAS!! As an art blogger I have been wanting to GIVE more to my readers than just showing you pretty pictures. I was really inspired by another blogger to give some of my craft away… and what a better time than now. I have never done this before and as a new blogger, I am not even sure if you guys would be interested in it. But lets give it a try huh? I am going to try and do this more often if it works out.
This series of New York is a set that I did about 2 years ago. The originals are all sold, but time after time I have been asked about selling prints. So, these three 11″x14″ prints on archival paper would be a very unique gift for any funky friend or family member. All three paintings have hidden symbols and traits that are unique to the city, including logos, maps, street signs, popular building structures, sayings, and the busy atmosphere of the city. It’s a $95 value.
This is truly a unique set that has been nationally recognized by juxtapose art and culture magazine last november.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHRISTMAS GIVE-A-WAY PLEASE FILL OUT YOUR FULL NAME, STATE, AND EMAIL OR BLOG LINK IN THE COMMENT SECTION BELOW. I WILL RANDOMLY PICK A WINNER ON WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 10TH. I am putting them in the mail on thursday december 11th in time for christmas. good luck
If you are interested in buying the NYC print set it is $95.00. Or $40.00 if sold seperately. please email firstname.lastname@example.org

okay… so i know a lot of poeple know about this station online. but many of you may not. well…. All i have to say is PANDORA ROCKS MY LIFE. it makes my work environment so much better. for all of you that dont know about Pandora you need to go online to:
It will change your life… well kinda.you pick and artist or song.. and it will only play songs that sound like that. how awesome is that? no commercials, listen to only what you want. You can rate the song or artist and if you hate the song, you can select “never play again”. It will learn and understand what you like. wow. They also make an iphone app for it. here is the professional write up:
Create a unique station based on a single artist or band
Save your radio stations to your profile, Share your radio stations with your friends
Pandora is a web radio station based on the Music Genome Project. By analyzing the essence of music and capturing aspects such as melody, harmony, rhythm, arrangement and lyrics among other musical identities, Pandora and the Music Genome Project are able to predict musical interests based on a sample selection.
This is a departure from musical social networks like Last.FM that use people with similar interests to find possible interests in music. Pandora is the perfect destination for anyone who wants to listen to Internet radio catered to their interests and their particular mood at the time. Feeling melancholy? Type in “Pink Floyd” and let Pandora take you on a wistful journey. Have a little pep in your step? Find out what bands Pandora thinks are similar to the Beatles.
OH MY!! OH MY!! It has almost been 2 weeks since I last blogged. Please forgive me. I will never go that long again without posting. But I can’t believe how fast things have been flying either. A lot has been going on! Well I think some of it is… I have been really busy and the other is because I have blog fever. If having blog fever is even possible then I have it. haha. I was posting pretty often until the blog father Carlos Whitaker put me on his top flava. I started getting a lot of hits from his blog and then I froze up and now I have nothing to say. boo hoo.
I am going through a bit of a blog crisis though. I am almost POSITIVE EVERYONE has a post like this on their blog. and mine is for real. I am not sure what people want to read about.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO READ // SEE WHEN YOU COME TO MY BLOG? More artwork? More design work? More info about my day to day life?? I know i know, it’s my blog I can post whatever I want and not worry about what people want to read about. But maybe I just can’t decide what i want to post about. To be honest I am really not sure who all my readers are. I see how many readers i have.. but who are you? hello… who are you? WHAT DO YOU DO IN LIFE? and what do you want to see from me?? please tell me. everyone must say something. OKAY SAY TWO THINGS: 1. what you do in life…. and 2. what you want to see in my posts. GO!
I am about to go pick my up sister Aimee from the airport. She is coming from California to stay the weekend. Woohoo. it will be a blast. She goes to school at Biola University in southern California and is studying communications. This will be her first visit to Arizona since I have been here. She is very pretty. and yes she is taken fellas. i think we will go thrift store shopping, eat chocolate, go swimming, make brownies, and watch movies. sounds fun. i cant wait
Starfield came to Cornerstone on October 18th. (I am sure you have seen the designs in previous posts). Michael Watson and Brayline opend for them. It was an awesome night. Starfield puts on a killer show. WOW. I took a few photos. I try whenever I can to get some live photos…. but I am not the best at them, and my camera has a hard time with it as well. Haha. But here are some fun ones.

Take a look at Grant’s set up!! hahahaaa. I loved it. It was surch a surprise when they came on stage and it light up. Hahaa. Brian had used the rope lights for our engagement night set up. They were left in his truck, and when they were unloading the gear for the show, Grant saw them and snatched them up. Haha. That was awesome. They made for really cool lighting for photos. Grant is usually in the dark, so i cant photograph him. BUT NOT THIS TIME. haha. i think it maybe should be a staple for their shows. haha
