I am charging up my 5d and giving mad props to daleyhake.com for scoring me this sweet job of taking photos for John Debney at the paramount as they score and record. Another thanks to Daley Hake for recommending me to Re-brand his whole look, including a logo, print promos, interview style promo video, and a new website. HOW FUN. I am not doing this all by myself, their will be some wonderfully talented people that i will outsource to. more deatils and photos to come.

Hey look!! chris loope from Yellowidesign made me a castle. haha. no he didnt actually. its a procedure that will be used for a video coming up at cornerstone. amazing technique. you can view his commentary on the link above.
this guy is amazing. DAMIEN CORRELL. he has done some designs for Urban Outfitters, layouts and stuff. Great work. I stop by his website from time to time because he always has new stuff up. i love his childlike feel in his work, mixed with very artistic urban scribbles and color choices. this guy is worth the book mark. here is his link:damiencorrell.com
THE NEW SCRAPBOOKING ROCKS!!! The apple photo books are amazing. They are so simple yet so sleek. Apple seriously knows whats up. I was extreamly impressed to receive this in the mail, as a little gift i made for brian. You can design your own look and feel by just dropping your photos into a template. You get to design the template though. ITS SOO easy. and the sleek clear bag just puts the cherry on top. I am really into clear bags right now. I want everything to have a clear bag. haha. here are a few clips from the photobook. i made the 6×8 soft cover. you should make one. $12 bucks.
i love living in AZ because the sun comes through the window everyday. even in the morning. I love the sun. and I love colored jeans.
I came across this book awhile ago, but I love it soo much and everytime I need inspiration, even if its not for a portfolio idea i get inspired and I usually find the most perfect ideas for whatever I am working on in this book. Its super cheap on Amazon.com. Every creative professional in photography or design needs to have it. Its called BUILDING DESIGN PORTFOLIOS by Sara Eisenman. it has awesome stuff for book designs, cards, boxes and packaging. and it shows great examples of great work too. here are a couple page examples.
HEY TODAY!! I am working on a campaign called Flood the desert. the logo is in the works, but this is the one they have picked to go forward with. what do you think?? here it is applied to something. This isnt really anything… but it is a collection of elements that could be used and applied to different media. I dont really have much content to work with yet.. so you may be wondering… but what is it?? hhaa. hopefully you get the vibe though. we are in the arizona desert, so that pastor either wanted us to focus on the water in the flood, or the desert being taken over by the flood. I wanted the idea of flooding the desert to be more abstract and push the idea further….. but normal poeple wanted to see it literally depicted. the feel needs to have energy. any thoughts?
